Dymchurch Primary School

Dymchurch Primary School is located in New Hall Close, set between the sea and Romney Marsh on the western side of the village.

The grounds include two large playgrounds, a quiet garden, two large playing fields and a wooden adventure play area known as the ”Wobbly Wood”. There are seven classes (one for each year group) with a spacious and well equipped hall, ICT suite and library. Sharing the school site is a privately run nursery as well as the Dymchurch Childrens' Centre

Most of our 180 pupils come from Dymchurch and the several neighbouring villages although some come from much further afield. Wherever you come from, we feel it is vital that parents should be involved in every aspect of school life and will encourage you to work with us in supporting your child.

At this school children normally enter school in the September of the academic year in which they become five.
